The Opportunity
As an Insurance Advisor, you’ll be the face of our Auto plan and Personal Line services. You’ll assist clients with their insurance needs, provide expert advice, and ensure they receive well-suited coverage options.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service for walk-in, phone, and online inquiries
· ProcessICBC Auto plan transactions, batching, and renewals
· Advise clients on personal lines products including home, condo, tenant, and travel insurance
· Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional coverage options
· Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge
· Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
About You
· Level 1insurance license (Level 2 preferred)
· Minimum6 months of experience in Auto plan and personal lines
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
· Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office products
· Outstanding accuracy, flexibility, and adaptability
· Team-player with a proactive approach
