We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to service our house clients (no walk-ins). Our office is located in Downtown close to the Seabus/Skytrain/Canada Line stations; Office hours Monday – Friday from 9 – 5.
The Personal Lines Advisor’s primary focus is to provide front-line customer service and take responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quote and place new business as required.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in walk-in Autoplan & Personal Lines
- Process and monitor daily/weekly/monthly renewal lists
- Miscellaneous responsibilities
The applicant will be working on personal lines and a few ICBC commercial fleets under direct supervision and support by the team :
- Prior front line insurance experience preferred
- Must have Level 1 licence (minimum)
- General ICBC knowledge and solid personal lines experience
- Have STRONG and EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills
- Good command of English
- Detail-oriented organizing and processing skills
- Have a drive to succeed in a long-term insurance career
- Salary commensurate with experience
