The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to service our house clients (no walk-ins).  Our office is located in Downtown close to the Seabus/Skytrain/Canada Line stations;  Office hours Monday – Friday from 9 – 5.

The Role:

The Personal Lines Advisor’s primary focus is to provide front-line customer service  and take responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quote and place new business as required.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in walk-in Autoplan & Personal Lines
  • Process and monitor daily/weekly/monthly renewal lists
  • Miscellaneous responsibilities

Required Skills:

The applicant will be working on personal lines and a few ICBC commercial fleets under direct supervision and support by the team :

  • Prior front line insurance experience preferred
  • Must have Level 1 licence (minimum)
  • General ICBC knowledge and solid personal lines experience
  • Have STRONG and EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills
  • Good command of English
  • Detail-oriented organizing and processing skills
  • Have a drive to succeed in a long-term insurance career
  • Salary commensurate with experience
