Renew Your ICBC Over the Phone
We are able to process the following transactions by phone or by email during this time:
– Policy changes
– Storage policies
– Temporary operating permits
For all other ICBC insurance requests, please call or email one of our offices to speak with one of our insurance advisors.
Policy signatures will be accepted electronically and policy documentation will be emailed to you during this time. Finally, there are two payment options for ICBC Autoplan at this time:
– Credit card over the phone to a live insurance advisor
– Existing ICBC Payment Plan users can continue paying via their plan
Renew your Residential or Business Insurance Over the Phone
If you are an existing client, please contact your office to discuss your policy. We can make any changes to your policy as required and even take payment over the phone and/or email. Locate your office to discuss and renew your policy.
