The Opportunity:

Autoplan Advisor is a key member of our Archibald, Clarke & Defieux Insurance Services (AC&D Insurance – Prince Rupert, BC) office team and will be responsible for assisting Autoplan clientele. Preference will be given to qualified applicants with some experience using standard office equipment but we will train an exceptional individual. If you are a new high school graduate, or just look for a foot in the door we might be the fit for you.

The Role:

The primary focus is to provide front-line customer service of Autoplan policies and take responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quote and place new business as required.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in walk-in Autoplan & Travel business
  • Process and monitor daily/weekly/monthly renewal lists
  • Miscellaneous responsibilities

Required Skills:

  • High School and/or Post Secondary Education
  • Min. Level 1 License
  • Strong customer focus and administration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Well organized
  • Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of TAM and/or PowerBroker
  • Well spoken and fluent in English
  • Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently in a competitive industry and be committed to superior customer service
  • Willing to grow and develop within a fast-paced environment
